Sales Tax:
Connecticut Residents must pay 6.35% Sales Tax. Non Connecticut residents will not be charged Sales Tax.

Shipping Options:
We ship UPS Ground and FedEx (for Optographs) and USPS (for Jewelry) to addresses in the Continental U.S. only. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. We will choose the best method to ship your item and adjust the shipping cost where appropriate.

Insurance:
Everything we ship is insured with UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Shipping Cost Adjustments:
For large items we will provide you a quote prior to shipping if required.
Shipping charges will be discounted/refunded for combined items where appropriate.

Expedited Shipping:
If you would like to add expedited shipping to your order, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Payment Methods:
Payments for your purchases will be processed securely by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase. Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Price Changes:
Prices and availability are subject to change.

Return Policy:
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
On in-stock items; only authorized returns will be accepted. Please email sales@somrod.com for an authorization number for returns of in stock items. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt. Refunds of the purchase price less the shipping costs will be issued when the item is received back to Somrod Creative.

Damaged Shipments:
If something arrives with concealed damaged or is missing or wrong, we need to be notified within 3 days of shipment. Do not discard any packaging and make sure to refuse any shipment that is obviously damaged. Acceptance of a damaged shipment voids all claims. Email us at sales@somrod.com and we'll do our best to fix the problem. However, if you do not contact us within 3 days of shipment receipt, we cannot guarantee to replace, repair, exchange, refund or credit any item received damaged, broken, incorrect or missing, without exception.

Tracking Numbers:
It's important to provide us with an accurate email address when placing your order so we can send you a tracking number for your shipment. The moment you check out, an email confirmation of your order is sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation via email, please contact us at sales@somrod.com.
When your order is shipped, an email with your tracking number is automatically generated and sent to you. This email contains a link to track your package. This is the best way to track your order.

High-Value Orders:
All high value items, will require an adult signature on delivery. When your order is shipped, a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number is automatically emailed to the email address you provided. Be sure to read this important email for the delivery date for your package and be sure you are available to sign for the package. If the shipment is returned to Somrod Creative, the costs charged to us for the original shipment and the return fees will be deducted from the payment made and the difference refunded to you. Please be sure that you will be available for delivery to avoid costly re shipping and return fees. We do not deduct anything more than the costs imposed on us.
